Gratitude Unto Joy
Learning how to be thankful in all circumstances is the believers ‘secret weapon’. Thankfulness leads to gratitude. Repeated exposure to gratitude resets our minds to a baseline emotional state of joy. Our minds thrive on joy.
As you think on memories that you are grateful for today, take a couple minutes to pause and ‘re-live’ one memory in your mind. Feel the memory again in your body and thank God for his unfailing love as you finish ‘re-living’ the memory.
Thanksgiving is a day where we can bring a reset of joy to our lives through thankfulness. I pray today, that you and your loved ones, would experience the abundant blessings of God in the precious name of Jesus.
